Construction is happening all the time. Everywhere you look there are new homes being built and now stores being constructed. Those people in the construction field have years of experience behind them and the guy who makes sure everything is running smoothly is the project manager.
This person has a lot of responsibility on his shoulders and must answer to his boss when something goes wrong. He must keep the project within a budget and time frame delegate to his team. It is up to him to plan, execute and finalize each project as he acquires resources and to deliver the project according to that plan.
A junior project manager can increase his knowledge by attending project management courses. He can find out about the PRINCE2 methodology, Projects IN Controlled Environments-version two so he can be more efficient when running any project. It is important to have continuing education no matter why type of job you have. If you are a project manager who has a certificate that has expired, you can take a two day refresher course and be re-registered. Staying current is necessary when it comes to the construction field.
